Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information.

Poker Ascent does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. This means there is nothing to opt out of in the conventional sense — your data is never sold, period.

We do not share for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not share personal information with third parties for the purpose of cross-context behavioral advertising. We don't run ads. We don't track you across other websites or apps.

What we DO share, and why

We share data with service providers (Supabase, Stripe, RevenueCat, PostHog, Sentry, Vercel, Firebase, Upstash, Google/Apple OAuth) only to operate Poker Ascent. These providers are contractually limited to using your data on our behalf. Full list and what each does: see our Privacy Policy §3.1.

Other CCPA rights

Even though there's nothing to opt out of, you still have the following rights as a California resident:

• Right to know: What categories of personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes, and the third parties we share with
• Right to delete: Request deletion of your personal information at any time
• Right to correct: Update inaccurate information in your profile
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: We don't collect SSNs, financial accounts, biometrics, or other CCPA-defined sensitive data, so this right doesn't apply
• Right to non-discrimination: We won't treat you worse for exercising any of these rights
